Vision

The vision for Smiths Point is for a unique coastal village where people enjoy living, working, resting and playing in complete harmony with the environment.

All the planning, designing and developing have been geared to ensure a relaxing place to live and holiday amongst pristine beaches, native flora and thriving fauna.

Smiths Point will be a source of enjoyment and a hub of economic activity in the area as it grows into an important recreational and community destination.

With nature as its focal point, the sustainable village will relieve pressure on other, less developed areas in the region and become a realisation of the State Government’s Leeuwin Naturaliste Ridge Statement of Planning Policy.

In addition, Smiths Point will be host to a new Surf Life Saving facility that will, in time, save lives and ensure the pristine beaches are enjoyed by all.
