It is proposed that these lots be sold to tourism operators interested in realising the potential of this magnificent project in this superb location.

Along with one of Western Australia’s most spectacular beaches, 2.76 hectares of public open space, a foreshore reserve and approximately 21.38 hectares of national park will add to the attractiveness of the tourism lots.

More detail on the tourism lots will be made available following final approval of the subdivision plan by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
